Michael MacLean
Psychotherapist in training under supervision
Integrative gestalt therapy
I was born in Scotland in 1980. My path to Austria took me through Germany then France where I spent the larger part of my youth. I have been living in Vienna since 2001.
Having grown up in a number of different cultures and socio-economic environments, I was afforded a variety of perspectives on life which kindled my curiosity and fascination for people - for the experiences, beliefs and choices which differentiate us as individuals. It is my curiosity for otherness which sparked my desire to become a psychotherapist. I feel humbled by the profound encounters my profession offers.

Between 2018 and 2020, I was employed at the psychotherapy outpatient clinic of the Sigmund Freud University. Since 2020, I have been practicing Integrative Gestalt in private practice.
